We currently ship to selected international destinations including New Zealand and Singapore.

After placing your order, you’ll see a Your order is confirmed page - this is the final step of checkout. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email titled:
A shipment from order #** is on the way.
Click View your order in this email to access your order details and tracking information.
Tracking your shipment
When your order ships:
- Your tracking number will be included in the shipment email
- Click the tracking link to view your delivery status via Australia Post
- You can check your parcel’s location and estimated delivery at any time
You may also return to your original order confirmation page, which will update with your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you haven’t received your order
If your order hasn’t arrived, please follow these steps:

- We will respond within 1–2 business days and begin investigating immediately
- Please double-check that your shipping address is correct
If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will offer:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
Once approved, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

925 Sterling Silver – Warranty & Finish Care
Warranty (6 months)
Margot Georgia sterling silver jewellery includes a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship.
Covers
• Broken clasps/chains • Loose stones/settings • Defective components
Excludes
• Normal wear and tear • Natural tarnish/patina over time
• Chemical damage (chlorine, bleach, sulfur, harsh cleaners)
• Misuse or impact • Unauthorised repairs/alterations • Loss or theft
Sterling Silver Care
Water-safe for daily wear. Rinse and dry thoroughly after water. Store in an airtight pouch to slow tarnish. Polish with a soft cloth or silver wipe. Avoid chlorine, bleach and sulfurous environments.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings (faulty items are still covered).
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
