Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on Margot Georgia.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed upon receiving your item, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns; sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Due to hygienic regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you favour an alternative, after your return is accepted, you may return the item to our designated business returns address: Margot Georgia 51 Rochester Street HOMEBUSH NSW 2140, and we will handle the process accordingly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at info@margotgeorgia.com.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for custom products such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected photos of your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded equal to the purchase amount to the original payment method you used during checkout within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
