Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have purchased one of the items sold on Margot Georgia.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed upon receiving your item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale items can be returned, however final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to hygienic regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Margot Georgia earrings.
To start a return, please contact us at info@margotgeorgia.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To help us assess your return request as quickly as possible, we may request clear images of:

and any faults or damage (if applicable).
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid Australia Post return shipping label via email for your convenience.
Please note:

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items will not incur a return shipping fee.
Returns must be sent using the prepaid return label provided by Margot Georgia. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, and return shipping costs associated with returning an order to Australia unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Prepaid return labels may not be available for all international destinations. In such cases, customers may be required to arrange their own tracked return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for custom products such as special orders or personalised items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, earrings, personalised items, or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
