Gold finish: 18K gold plated over 925 sterling silver (0.1 micron). The fine gold layer will naturally wear over time, with noticeable fading possible within 6 months depending on wear and care.
Warranty: Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear or fading of the gold-plated finish is not considered a manufacturing defect.

- Please double-check that your shipping address is correct
If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will offer:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
Once approved, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Warranty (6 months)
Margot Georgia gold-plated jewellery includes a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship.
Covers
• Broken clasps/chains • Loose stones/settings • Defective components
Excludes
• Normal wear and tear • Natural colour change/wear of plating over time
• Water immersion/swimming • Chemical damage (perfume, sunscreen, chlorine, harsh cleaners)
• Heavy abrasion/friction (exercise, stacking rub) • Misuse or impact • Unauthorised repairs/alterations • Loss or theft
Gold-Plated Finish Care (coverage: 6 months)
1.0 µm 18K gold plating (over 925 sterling silver*). Splash-safe only - avoid swimming, showering and exercise. Keep away from perfume, sunscreen, lotions and chemicals. Wipe after wear and store separately.
*Adjust base metal wording if this item is plated over stainless steel/brass.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings (faulty items are still covered).
