Our 14K Gold Filled jewellery contains a thick layer of genuine 14K gold permanently bonded to a jeweller's brass core, making it significantly more durable than standard gold plating.

With proper care, it is water resistant, tarnish resistant and designed to be enjoyed every day.

Care

Although made for everyday wear, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming in chlorinated pools and avoiding direct contact with perfumes and harsh chemicals to help preserve its beautiful finish for years to come.

Warranty (6 months)

Margot Georgia gold filled jewellery includes a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship.

Covers

• Broken clasps/chains • Loose stones/settings • Defective components

Excludes

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, bent or crushed items

• Loss or theft • Chemical damage (chlorine, bleach, harsh cleaners)

• Damage from misuse or impact • Unauthorised repairs or alterations

Gold-Filled Finish Care (6 months)

Water-safe for daily wear. Rinse after ocean/pool. Avoid chlorine, perfume and harsh cleaners.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings (faulty items are still covered).

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
