- You can check your parcel’s location and estimated delivery at any time

If your order hasn’t arrived, please follow these steps:

- Please double-check that your shipping address is correct
If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will offer:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
Once approved, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Margot Georgia products come with a 12 - month warranty for all solid gold jewellery and a 6 - month warranty for sterling silver, gold-plated and gold filled jewellery.
