Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email titled:

Click View your order in this email to access your order details and tracking information.

Tracking your shipment

When your order ships:

• Your tracking number will be included in the shipment email

• Click the tracking link to view your delivery status via Australia Post

• You can check your parcel's location and estimated delivery at any time

You may also return to your original order confirmation page, which will update with your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you haven't received your order

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please follow these steps:

2. We will respond within 1–2 business days and begin investigating your delivery

3. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• A replacement shipment, or

• A full refund

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unused, with tags attached

• Free from signs of wear or damage

• In its original condition and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

If an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not meet the Australian Consumer Law's consumer guarantees, we will provide the appropriate remedy and reimburse or arrange reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Solid Gold - Warranty & Finish Care

Warranty (12 months)

Margot Georgia jewellery includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship.

Covers

• Broken clasps/chains • Loose stones/settings • Defective components

Excludes

• Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, dents or misshaping

• Damage from chemicals (chlorine, bleach, harsh cleaners) or extreme heat

• Impact/pressure damage (bent prongs, crushed links)

• Unauthorised resizing/repairs or alterations

• Loss or theft

Solid Gold Care

Water-safe for everyday wear. Avoid chlorine/hot tubs and harsh chemicals. Remove for heavy exercise or abrasive tasks. Wipe after wear; store separately. Have stone settings checked periodically.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings (faulty items are still covered).

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
