We currently ship to selected international destinations including New Zealand, Singapore and the United States.

International shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and customs processing times.

Tracking your order

After placing your order, you’ll see a Your order is confirmed page - this is the final step of checkout. You will also receive a confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email titled:
A shipment from order #** is on the way.

Click View your order in this email to access your order details and tracking information.

Tracking your shipment

When your order ships:

• Your tracking number will be included in the shipment email
• Click the tracking link to view your delivery status via Australia Post
• You can check your parcel’s location and estimated delivery at any time

You may also return to your original order confirmation page, which will update with your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

You can download the Shop App to receive real-time tracking updates and delivery notifications.

If you haven’t received your order

If your order hasn’t arrived, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us promptly at info@margotgeorgia.com
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days and begin investigating immediately
3. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct

If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will offer:

• A replacement shipment, or
• A full refund

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused
• In its original condition

Once approved, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@margotgeorgia.com as soon as possible with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item

We assess these on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to resolve the issue promptly.

Margot Georgia products come with a 12 - month warranty for all solid gold jewellery and a 6 - month warranty for sterling silver, gold-plated and gold filled jewellery. Please review our care instructions and warranty policies before purchasing. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
