- You can check your parcel’s location and estimated delivery at any time

If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will offer:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
Once approved, we will issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Warranty (6 months)
Margot Georgia gold filled jewellery includes a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship.
Covers
• Broken clasps/chains • Loose stones/settings • Defective components
Excludes
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, bent or crushed items
• Loss or theft • Chemical damage (chlorine, bleach, harsh cleaners)
• Damage from misuse or impact • Unauthorised repairs or alterations

Earrings
For hygiene reasons we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings (faulty items are still covered).
